Ever wanted to experience the ballroom atmosphere at a Viennese ball? Well good news, we’re in the middle of the traditional ball season and WuBDA is bringing a part of Viennese ball culture to Wageningen!
What: The Quadrille francais is basically the party dance of every Viennese ball. It is a counter dance from the 18th and 19th century, but today is danced at midnight at balls for everyone to join in! We will be learning parts of the dance, but in a slightly adapted (and hopefully more entertaining) version!
Where and when: On the 17th of December at the Sporthal de Vlinder at 21:30. So, after Beginners+ in place of free dancing!
